The honey and honey related products people at the market brought their workers for a day trip into the city which was much appreciated by the gawking city folk and I'm sure good PR for the honey folk. I not sure if the bees were really getting the concept of a day off- they seemed awful busy. I don't think I've ever seen a queen bee live laying an egg. Sweet.
They also had a lot of pollen products presumably for allergy sufferers - now there's something that realy needs to be local.
