The eggs on the left are Wild Turkey and the ones on the right are Pheasant. I didn't really want to carry eggs around so didn't buy any that day. Unfortunately I haven't seen them at the market since so can't tell you what they taste like. I'm intrigued though- I remember thinking those pheasant eggs looked really dense and the turkey eggs looked really fragile.
